This Broken Heart

Please be patient while this broken heart is healing.

There's always hope for a much better feeling.

My days are long and sometimes I'm down.

So please forgive me if and when I frown.

I don't always smile and I really wish I could.

But it's not an easy task and I want to feel good.

I've had some time to think and ponder on the past.

Now I wish this broken heart would heal just as fast.
