This Asset
Our society longs for this
It puts you on top of the world
You get it at least once, no matter race
Even if you are a boy or girl
You have to watch out, because it can come slow
Or fast and furious
You never know the outcome
It's our nature to investigate and be curious
It can have have you so high
You're floating in the clouds
But when it's all over
Everything around you comes tumbling down
Once it's gone
Seems like you're alone, deserted
Never knew so much pain
Because with this asset you flirted
Everyone has been through this situation at least once
No matter if you're a doctor or a common street thug
This precious asset that I refer to
Is the one and only......Love.
