This Ampersand
Of your 'You'
I chased all the way...
Held in my hand
Was my 'I' and the
ampersand.
For YOU AND I.
Thee...beautifully true
Oh! Such of your fire I pray
And to etch us upon this sand
And break our love-ridden fallow
land.
FOR YOU AND I
This ampersand...our bond
Sacred to join our belong.
