This was a thought provoking poem about a very tragic topic. The "silent tongues" gave me chills. Nothing wrong with this poem, I was just looking more for nature poems (haiku), where as this was more geared towards the human world and foibles (senryu) ... Sometime in the future I'll do a contest similar to this one again, but be more lenient on subject matter! Thanks for participating and I enjoyed reading it.
