Religion is conditioning of mind (a practice, a ritual, a doctrine), whilst spirituality is direct experience, felt within, in thought rested stillness. That’s the fundamental difference.

This is an intriguing read for me. My oldest son, now 40, started a club with his friends when he was a kid. The name of the club: The Three-Eye Club. ~ Spooky

This has to do with our energy body. In ‘technical language’, let’s say, subject (soul), awareness (consciousness) and object (mind-body) become singular, seamlessly. You may like to watch Rupert Spira’s videos or if you are inclined to go deeper, explore Tantra (Kashmir Shaivism)
