Aging is real and can't be stopped, attitude and living life is another thing entirely.
Thinking Young By Franklin Price 7/27/2019 (A request from Marsha) Years have gone, can't bring them back Can't stop the chiming clock Memories and attitudes Help your views when taking stock There is no magic wishing booth There are friends and family To help you make the very best Of where you are or want to be Make the best of what you have Of each day you're going through Talk with the youngters when you can You'll find they'll keep you younger too Don't dwell on thoughts like “woe is me” Don't dwell on days of yore Make the best of where you are That's what maturity is for When glancing in the mirror Look your reflection in the eye Resolve to make the best of age Don't let those wrinkles make you sigh May be looking at a face with age The skin may be a little slack With a little bit of effort There will be young eyes looking back
