Think of Me
Do you ever think of me
As daylight turns to dusk?
All the world is quieted
Yet my heart cannot be hushed
A single tear streaks down my face
As a shooting star across the night
Our love was bright and brilliant
Then faded suddenly from sight
Do you ever think of me
When the night stands still?
Shadows of the past appear
Across my mind they spill
My heart burns with your memory
My soul aches with yours not near
As the night fades into morning
Do you think of me too, my dear?
