Things Fall Apart
Shattered life like rain clouds broken
Thunder rolls loud, the lion has spoken
Crisp cold air of oncoming storm
Feeling like an adult in a child’s form
My world comes crashing down
Echoes in the cave, deafening sound
Splinters flying everywhere
Groan in anguish, gross pain, a tear
One place to go, one shelter seek
Where I won’t feel that I am weak
In the arms of the Redeemer
There I will be sheltered forever
