Thick Fog

Slowly the fog comes creeping, then swish
Fog covers all thickening fast 
Swirling, shawl like, curtaining
Sunflower's yellow gone
Wrapped in tapestry
Waiting for sun's
Appearance
Lifted
Veil

Sometimes a deep feeling of sadness comes over us, and it can change who we are. Similar to depression. And, we are waiting for those sunny days and warm feelings to return. This poem was beautifully written, Sara! And, as you say...it reads like a winner to me! :)
