Thick As Thieves

It has become your personal mission To ensure my admission. Your insistances are my pet peeves, We happen to be as thick as thieves. Certainly not dumb and dumber, Our summer nights are far from a bummer. Your presence need not to be grand, Just like the simple act of taking your hand. Moments in time That often felt sublime. They are frozen in a photograph, I need not lie, I can take a polygraph. Known each other since the start of our youth, Remember when I lost my first tooth. Although the road may seem to bend, Always know that you'll be my friend.
