They Never Understood Him

He thought he could change the world,
by his unprecedented effulgent uniqueness
But he didn't know the world sow him sinister
 for his effusive praises.
He thought he could heal the souls of the broken,
Who thought they were beyond repair, the dead
inside, the zombified people who walk amongst
the living.
He thought he could be a pioneer of a new age person,
Who are free of depression, anxiety and all the hell
the world pressed on people.
But that can never happen because the world
sow him sinister for his effusive praises..

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Have a blessed day.
