Theunknown Road
When walking down the unknown road
towards the setting sun
each step should ease the heavy load
as destiny is done.
A footstep is a random chance
to choose the way ahead
as through this life we dance
to our heavenly bed.
I hope my choice each day is right
and brings me to my rest
as I walk into her loving light--
she knows I did my best.
