These Scars

These scars are a thing of my past they've made me who i am today each one marks a memory
that i wish i could erase if you cant except them then you don't except me for when you
love someone you also love their flaws you love them unconditionally and except the worst
of all every scare tells a story they speak of my life each drop of blood shed was a word
that made this story of strife this story of fate each one glowing and filling up a page
these scars are apart of who i am they can not be erased so do not try to over look them
for they made me who i am today do not try to cover them for then you can just walk away
these scars have helped me build bridges to walk across the blood to make sure my demon
doesn't pull me under and save me when it does these scars are apart of who i am and
through it all i love them they have made me stronger taught me how to grow picked me up
when i fell and carried me down the road these scars are a thing of my past they made me
who i am today each one marks a memory i wish i could erase1

A very honest poem. We are what we are. We are all GOD's Children. Good feeling
