These Quiets

Priestly, abide in stillness.
Cloistered in dim hid
Woods, walled up gardens.
A reverence breathed! Of mind
Where the best ripens.

From their chastening effect
Who, for to think deep
Has kept far away
An appealing courtesy
Not so deemed this day!
