There's No ' I ' in Me

When I look to the heavens to guide me,

I'm often amazed that they even answer me.

Then I realize they haven't been ignoring me,

I just wasn't listening very well, as they screamed at me.

So I know now that they always hear me,

Yet I am often too blind to what's in front of me.

I soon accept that there's more to confront me,

As I quickly understand...that it's not all about me.
