There's No Hell Like the One in My Head

There’s no hell like the one in my head It’s the one that I physically dread Some things are better left unsaid And forever trapped in my messed-up head Shadows whisper secrets that I fear Echoes of pain that no one else can even hear Caught in a mental maze with no way out A silent scream, a desperate shout Memories linger haunting my nights Turning my dreams into endless frights A storm within that never subsides In this deep abyss, my sanity hides Eyes wide open, yet blind to the light Lost in the void consumed by the night Some things are better left unsaid And forever trapped in my messed-up head
