There Was a Time

There was a time – it was there -
With bright days – cloudless and warm,
With the sunny and good weather,
Without the wind and any storm.

Now I’m missing the blissful whiles,
I see the clear sky cloud over -
It is an unexpected surprise.
In the downpour I’ve taken cover.

Yet, some drops of the rain reached me,
I can’t get rid of the melancholy.
Horrible sadness is everything I feel,
And I’m disillusioned completely…

I’m slowly leaving my hideout.
Sunny intervals raise my smile.
There is a sweet silence throughout.
Again, I am happy for a while…
