There Comes a Time

This whole world keeps spinning round just floating about in space
It's a wonder tall trees aren't laying down but for Gods Own Grace
And with each passing asteroid like a child who wishes upon a star
Perhaps so easily could we be destroyed a reasoning not all that far

With the sun set ablaze as those rays reach down touching our skin
Burning off the morning haze like God's Glory in it's victory over sin
As soon the moon shall again rise just like it does every other night
Would there not be shock and surprise if everything didn't go right

Rain clouds will again come as they soon gather in beginning to build
Not unusual but to some seeing the Glory on Earth that God has Willed
Even the seasons themselves will change each one being unique in itself
But to some this isn't strange in knowing the abundance of God's wealth

Yet so also will the time come to be when all of this shall cease to be
As with their nose they now thumb as with my own two eyes I can see
The stars themselves shall fall like dust and the moon will cease to shine
Giving Jesus His praise is a must as for one day everything won't be fine

Because there will come a time...
