There Are No Words

She is a ubiquitous presence
In the fabric of my life
And always seems to have the pulse
Of my oft times crazy life.

She knows just when to let me run
And when to apply the brakes
She celebrates my achievements
And is tolerant of mistakes

At night when plagued with nightmares
In search of a restful sleep
She can chase away my goblins
Even while she sleeps.

She has opened up a world for me
By turning living into life
She is my most valued treasure
My loving, beautiful wife.
