Theory On Love

Love is a compatable vibration
brings feeling you can't understand,
it cannot be taught in a classroom
or bought with a wedding band.

Love can last for a fleeting moment
or allow you a lifetime of joy,
and it doesn't discriminate between us
it applies to a girl or a boy.

Sex is a chemical reaction
from the body but not from the mind,
in society they call it making love
but that kind of love makes you blind.

Sex is only a part of love
if you're in love at the start,
for sex just relieves the body
but love satisfies the heart.

Some people go looking for love
like some kind of Holy Grail,
but love is a gift that comes to you
if you search for it you will fail.

Zzzzz Zzzzz May 11, 2011 at 11:33 AM Interesting thoughts. I agree with most of what you say...not sure about the last line. I think that if you look for love long enough you will find it. Quite a good write though.
