THEIR PROMISE

Don’t you love it in life anytime you discover a fairy tale has come true? This couple met and fell in love when they were only 22. Their wedding vows were identical… They looked into each other’s eyes and said, “I promise you… “You will never find another person who will love you like I do.” There is a confidence gained in love when you know right from the start someone will be there to break your fall…and will never break your heart. Through all their ups and downs in life they found comfort in that promise made when they were 22: “You will never find another person who will love you like I do.” And it’s beautiful how that promise stayed young… the older and older they grew: “You will never find another person who will love you like I do.” And beautiful when one of their lives was ending… as one hand into the other hand slid… how they smiled then whispered softly to each other: “No one ever loved me like you did.”
