Thee and Me In the Emerald Sea

Two days turn to a thousand thousand The lonliness makes me literally shiver, The hours, they number the grains of sand On the bank of the weeks long river. That lonliness is cold, so cold; It freezes me to my core. But once it's done - this weeks load- I shall be warm once more. And whilst warm I swim in that river And dance along the shore, Under moonlight shinging silver; Burning fires in my core. So soothing is the winds sweet whisper As leaves play their tune in the trees; And I lay floating in that river, Towards the Emerald Sea. I drift to a lonesome island And sit with the Red-Rose Tree. In peace we wait 'til that boat comes, And makes me again wait for thee.
