The Writer

Forgive me if I prattle on,
But that's what we writers do--
We give a thought a thousand words
When it needed only two.
But now and then we take a theme,
Like an amber leaf in fall--
Ascribe to it a single verse,
Or perhaps no words, at all.

Wow super cool and sings to us poetic hearts in a lovely way. Short n sweet I must say. I like to use amber so I found that beautiful here how u used it. Kudos. Nice to read from u again.

We writer types can be a bit verbose, but it's the right brain's fault :-)

Hi Cas. I might be relocating to TN, but I don't know yet. Happy holidays :)
