The World Today
The way we see the world today
There is so much wrong we say
Our hands feel bound and tied
So many corrupt or tell lies
Our Lord, said have poise and grace
Do not walk with guns and mace
Walk with a smile on your face
Ask everyone to join this human race
Walk with charity,kindness and gracious love
Walk with dignity and with the Lord above
He will guide you on the path you take
The ground will not shake
For alone we can make the world a better place
Sometimes it takes one person, one face
For you alone , and with the Lord above
Can show thr rest of the world how to love
