The Wordsmith

I mince my words,a Wordsmith I am,
believe me and be part of my scam,
there is no truth, there is no lie,
just a Wordsmith of words am I,
I am not a trumpeter,a Wordsmith I am,
my music is prose and poetry Ma'am,
I don't stand by my word, for I set the word free,
they're but drops of water in a deceit-filled sea.

actually refers to me :) yes,it would qualify as a politician's confession as well, now that you have mentioned it! interesting idea for another poem.
