The Word of God

I’ve never seen him
I don’t know anyone who has
I don’t know anyone who knows someone that has

I’ve never heard him
I don’t know anyone who has
I don’t know anyone who knows someone that has

But

I know some people
I know some people and they hear voices
I know some people and they truly believe what they hear

I watch them at night
I watch them and protect them
I watch them and protect them from the voices in their heads

That is a sad state to be in, I bet it is scary to the one who hears the voices.

Very intriguing write, John. Sometimes, I feel God communicates to us through others, and not only pastors. No, I don't hear voices in my head, but I have had dreams in which my late mother and husband have spoken to me offering love and encouragement. Perhaps you have had similar "communications" that seem to promote the messages of our Creator? Love, Carolyn
