The Woods

The twisted trees swayed
as the wind swooshed in the night sky
The gates intertwined with vines
that blossomed the thorns of time.
How they come so close
To your heart
But yet so far way
You stand here counting
as days go on by.
But what you don't realize
is that
you have
wasted your
life
