The Wonderful Anomaly

There is a wonderful anomaly

A plague that reaps my mind
A tumor I cannot find
A poisonous obsession drowning me
A deep and vile insanity

This anomaly is you

All this pleasure has me overdue
All this pressure that I've been through
It locks itself tightly and depraves
And illuminates so brightly in my dark conclave

My mind itches for a feeling
Your healing, more specifically, so appealing

And like the shining moon
It shines over the terror that is so deeply strewn
And turns the dark into day
In the most illustrious and beautiful way
