The Woman of My Dreams

I met the woman of my dreams and I thought she felt the same way.
When I told her how I felt, she broke my heart by telling me she's gay.
Finding this out caused me a great deal of pain.
I have a weak heart and it was too much of a strain.
I collapsed in the street after having a heart attack.
The paramedics said I was dead for two minutes but they were able to bring me back.
I thought she was the one, I really thought I knew her.
I was so much in love that I was going to propose to her.
I wouldn't be in this pain if she had told me from the start.
Now I sit at home and suffer, I'm nursing a broken heart.
