The Wolf

I'm hunting all day long
Stalking prey on my own
But I'm so hungry
I feel I'm starving all the time
Because I don't know what I'm
searching for.

I kill off dreams and lines
Success could fill my mind
But I'd stay hungry
I'm condemned to starve or find
what I'm not sure I'm looking for..
These chances at the door...
And I just howl at the moon...
Yelling at the stars about the
emptiness that finds me much too
soon...

The packs that run with me
They know I'm too empty
always needing no more binds...
They say I'm lonely
and it both breaks and soothes my
mind.
It makes me save and lose my
mind...

And I just howl at the moon
Yelling at the stars about the
emptiness that finds me much too
soon...

And I grew restless with the lord...
Sold my investments in the lord...

I'm hunting all day long
Stalking prey on my own
But I'm so hungry
Because I don't know what I'm
searching for.
