The Winter Chill
The winter chill, stifles life force
Warmth of the sun is gone
Soul presence yet takes it’s own course
Choosing to smile and yawn
Though body has a say
Joy pulse holds fears at bay
Heart’s delight, night and day
Enjoy the thrill
