The Windmiller's Guest

Her smile was as sweet
As Barvarian Cream
She could only have come
From a Windmiller’s dream.

Perched against the railing
She looked up at me.
Her eyes were as blue
As the midnight sea.

Mesmerized by her beauty
I could not speak.
Her very presence
Made me weak.

The beautiful creature
Blew me a kiss
Then disappeared
Into the Abyss.

My heart and mind
Are now obsessed.
Longing for the return
Of ‘The Windmiller’s Guest’.
