The Wild Heart

From a quiet seat
I catch the falling rays
Distant water falls
Shouting as it plays
Life awakens life
By this, I remain
With the dying sun
Clouds in blood are stained
Silenced by the peace
My heart longs to remain
Soak up every sound
Hear the sweet refrain
Rhythm not in time, song not in rhyme
Never does it turn the same
Sweet as it goes, bright as it flows
The wild heart remains untamed
