The Whispers of My Soul

Through rocky climbs He hears my plea
And holds His hands right under me
And there's no way He'll let me fall
For He's the Master of us all

Life's ups and downs can sure be rough
But to face ol' Satan God makes me tough
He gives me strength when I have none
And holds my hand 'till the trial is done

He may be new to you my friend
But He'll stay with you to the end
When your last breath of life is oer
He'll take you to God's golden shore

Each day I find my rest in Him
When tests of life may wear me thin
He stays with me though ere I go
And hears the Whispers of my soul
