The Weight On My Mind

From the shadows i have emerged
Like an electric shock through your veins i've surged
This will be the loudest thing you hear
But don't worry you won't waste a tear

Just as i was about to give up on everthing
Just when i was down and out
You come along with that song you sing
Now i'm fine i have no doubt

Knowing all along that someone or something was the solution
But never knowing that it would come in the shape of you
You have solved many things for me including my mental pollution
It's in the way that you do that thing you do

I could write this all down in some kind of long story
Where the hero goes down in a sort of blazing glory
But that isn'the story that i wish to write
For i've been up thinking about this and that all night

And then my mind focuses on what is most important
Like a rocket it explodes and sends me warm shivers
For the time being lets try to not be negligent
Under the weight on my mind this building quivers
