The Way That You Are
Do whatever you can to please them
You can even treaty them like a precious gem.
Or maybe give them a gold bar
But never forget who you are.
Do your best to make them laugh
You can give them the best stuff
Or better yet give them a peaceful smile
It will make them laugh for a while.
You can be her, you can be me
You can be a mermaid that swims under the sea.
You can be a bird that flies up in the sky
Or a lovely princess that find a guy.
You are everything they want you to be
You do everything that want to see
But still you forgot something to do
You have forgotten the real you!
