The way out
The teaching
Is not in the preaching
But in following the way
How you are each day
It is in how you live
How much of you are you willing to give
The kindness you show
To help others to grow
It is about compassion
Not the latest fashion
Lending a helping hand
Being the one that can understand
No room for hate
Do not let that be our fate
Never to late
To let love lead our way
Starting today
Does not matter if your rich or poor
Love is an open door
To a better tomorrow
Beyond our sorrow
We are all of the human race
Of hate there should be no trace
No disgrace
To show the love you feel
To help others heal
Be a guide post showing the way
