The Way
The way you perfectly press your lips to mine,
with many little kisses soft and kind.
The way you look at me silently
thinking of all the things you fear to show.
The way you tell me to leave but, then refuse to let me go!
The way my eyes silently scream, "I will never leave, this you should know"!
The way you hold back and sometimes the way you show no control!
The way you say goodnight as I turn to run into the light.
The way my dreams are consumed by images of only you!
The way I wake up to thoughts of,
"I miss you! My loving beautiful you...my sexy, sexy you!"
