The Way
I embarked upon a mission to fulfil my ambitions,
but got lost along the way meeting strangers with
experiences of awe. I got swayed back and throw,
meeting a man who had loved and lost. His wife is
now a ghost. Twenty years have passed and he just
knows he will be reunited with his true love. Then the
boy who tried to fly in a last effort just to feel, now
realizing he's not made of steel thank God that he
survived. There was the lady with fourteen grand
children with her love spread yet always equal.
Every date stored in her heart, a diary there was no
need for. So my ambitions and goals have holes, some
like the stars are out of reach. Yet I realize now what's
beneath the stars underneath the sky. Our experiences
shine on and that's where our futures lie.
