The Way
The way, say the politicians, is the norm
The way is the one
All politicians obey
Tomorrow,yesterday and today.
The way, says the father to his son:
As I have now warn
It is a grave repercussion
Under the sun.
The lad consciously yawn
Up his nose to such notion,
The way is a wind blowing across now generation.
The way, says a lover to an opposite sex
Whispering low yet uttering nothing:
The way always makes me look good in your eyes,
And to have the way to your within.
The way, says a lawyer as he expounded and assailed
Expertly bouncing up and down, the Judge enthralled
The way is what my law books is about
The way let me explain it once more, I submit;
The way is arguing the case beyond reasonable doubt.
The way, says the president is labouring the masses to
task
Sacrifice now and enjoy later, I ask,
While bestriding colossus resources, he bask
Amazing the vault in deceptive mask.
Yet the writers write
The way is neither wrong nor right,
Enflamed in imagination so fecund
The way make the world go round;
No matter how they concoct the story,
The villain always got himself sorry.
The way, the preacher bay
Is like Balaam’s Donkey that bray
To an Angel out of the way,
Your sin is out weigh
By guilt on what I say,
I am heavenly don’t be dismay.
Yet others say, they hate the way
Others say, they can’t live in such a way,
Others say, others say
The way rule the world any way,
The way is the way.
