The Wave, That I Was

When a wave
Crashes upon the shore
A wave , lost
A wave , died

It's not coming back
That I know
I felt it inside
Breaking
Upon me
Upon the shore

I suffered greatly
Upon the sea
The landfall
Was the end of me

The wave
That I was
Is gone
A million droplets
A million memories
All I could see
Lost
Died
What has become of me?
