The Waltz of the Moon and the Tides

The Waltz of the Moon and the Tides

By John T Haupt

Ebb and flow,
       Wax and wane,
The moon doth grow,
                                  doth glow,
       Then shrinks again.
It pulls the tide,
        Then lets it go—
Wax and wane,
         Ebb and flow.
