The Waiting While
I feel such pain
in loneliness
as you did first
my dame.
To be without
someone beside
to hear you sigh
and shout.
To make my bed
on restlessness
then later rest
instead.
To want more care
or any love
wherever from
so dear.
I rest still now
like autumn leaves
without the wind
do bow.
I'll wait for you
to bring back spring
and all the green
and blue.
