The Wait

Here I lie,in a long,
long wait.
For the doctors and nurses
to decide my fate.

I've been nervous,
and I've been scared.
There is no way,you
can be prepared.

Trust in God,and
let it be.
Please Lord,take
this cancer from me.

I want this time,
to live my life.
No longer do I want,
struggle and strife.

I am scared as you
well know.
I want to be healed,
before the snow.

So,please God,listen
to me.
Take time out,and
appear to me.
