The Urge

How much longer will I fight this need?
the more I resist it, the more I bleed...

Bound in torture, my resolve growing weak
this twisted desire, it makes me a freak...

How can I live in your world that is real
I no longer remember just how I should feel...

The anger, the pain, it simmers inside
my flaws and my fears I can no longer hide...

Love and hate, two halves of one whole
this Lorelei creature takes a dreadful toll...

I long to drift, to let myself go
to drown in chaos, it’s all that I know...
