The Unknowing Angel

People have said that love is blind,
and that our hearts will lead the way.
That day I realized in order to find love,
you must be blind folded and led astray.

My path crossed with an unknowing angel,
Wandering her path as blind as can be.
And with my luck this wandering angel,
just so happened to fly down to me.

She was unable to see the world around her,
and trusted me to be her guide.
I took her by the hand,
and led the way with pride.

At the end of the path her vision returned,
and she looked into my eyes.
It was her turn to take me by the hand,
and lead me with her into the skies.

The unknowing angel doubted her beauty,
and believed she was a mess.
But that hasnt stopped me from falling in love,
with the girl wearing the oreo dress.

Dedicated the the oreo cookie that sorrounds my filling.
