The ugly head of antisemitism

It's hard to fathom that in 2024,
the ugliness of antisemitism has
reared it's head once more..
Campus students need to
 change their perspective.
It's not the Jewish peoples fault
whom Israel elected..
Netanyahu failed to keep his people safe
and now he's killing the Gaze an children
at a horrifying rate..
The hostage families didn't ask for this
aggressive war, only to have their loved ones
returned, to have their families restored..
It's shameful and myopic to attack their
Jewish peers, subject them to racial slurs,
instilled by threats and fears.
Freedom of speech implies a moral responsibility,
not to chant "to obliterate Jews from the river to the sea".

I also don't understand antisemitism and why it exists. Most of the jews are such saint-like individuals. Only netanyahu is bad who came to power with a coup d'etat. By force. Nobody voted for him SIX TIMES. Speaking of saints, it's a pity that there is no sainthood in judaism and the pope is unable to canonize as saints, exemplary human beings and hebrews like jeffrey epstein and henry kissinger. His hands are tied, so to speak. (harvey weinstein has cancer, btw. Let's pray for him to become well soon) It's very astute of you to talk about a bunch of israeli hostages, while the toll of the genocide in gaza is more than 65000 civilians of all ages, last time i checked. (a couple of months ago) Now, regarding the myopic, i happen to have some astigmatism, i hope you don't mind. Regerding the freedom of speech, you can go to tiktok, (now that it practically belongs to israel) post anything remotely pro-palestinian and watch your account getting banned. Oy vey.

well said, nancy! i am so glad i'm not a college student at this point in time. it's absolutely horrible what's going on at campuses around the country. i never thought i'd see the day when antisemitism is on display like this - especially in new york city...

Hi Ilene, Always good to hear from you! It is hard to believe that there is so much divisiveness and hatred, even among the youth here, very scary times for sure. Blessings to you!
