Thoughts of us always brighten my day Thoughts of us make everything okay. Being with you, in person, is better And that is why I write this letter. Your smile and touch put a song on my lips Your smile and touch make my heart do flips. But your love is that thing that blows my mind And keeps me wondering as to why you’re so kind. But your love is the thing that pulls me through The bad days I have that you never knew. It’s the love God placed in your heart for me That relaxes my thoughts and sets me free.
