The Truth

Now it's so hard to find
and daily fading behind
gone are the days of truth
the universe reject her fruit

The rich openly detest her taste
how speedily they forget in haste
that the world on truth it built
and her treasure, lie cannot loot

The truth patiently plants her seed
looking for the chosen few to feed
and how uneasy it is to see
that her gain is vaster than the sea

Some hundred years a lie could reign
running afar in a speed of rail
but for the truth, a day it takes
to meets with lie and overtake

The truth can happily live in boredom
as long in our mind it preaches freedom
she walks her way beyond rejection
and in meantime attracts affection.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
