The Traveler

I left my home without a ticket or a purse in search of a special place in the universe; I met all kind of people on the way but wisdom kept me from going astray, a man in his prime wave American dollars in front of me and another tells me that he is my destiny but the one that has me reeling was the one that pulled out jewel from his pants and dangle it in front of my face showing off his ego and wealth, but I gave him a plastic smile and continue on my journey. I have been traveling for days looking for that significant place where hearts will meet and destiny will complete, it is a special place where wisdom lives and courage forgives, I have traveled on this road alone looking for that secret home and somewhere in the moonlight bliss my heart began to sing and the path become clear and I felt something pulling me over there. I could hear the music playing in the distance and voices from the four corners of the earth singing a melody that resonate from the depth of the earth while a multitudes of birds gathers in the sky flying from branch to branch harmonizing with this melodious song and the saxophone speaks like man playing music in the street and I continue to search for my heartbeat in that secret place. Something profound is rumbling inside and I am in touch with the other side, all the rivers have gone dry and not a drop of moisture was in the sky a furnace began to form around me and nature was about to get me, but the universe had mercy upon me and led me to a fountain across the mountain, where dew falls on leaves and fresh spring surround the trees And the coolness of the earth neutralizes the fire inside for there is where love abides. I have been traveling for days and I have finally arrived at this cool secret place.
